Fine and Rare early 19th century Georgian carved oak panel in what is probably the original carved oak frame. Great subject being a Roman Senator and it is (as can be seen) extremely well carved with great detail. I think it has always been a framed panel, I don't think it has original been part of a piece of furniture. Great 3D carving. Nice colour with waxed finish.
